I like Letterman but I felt sort of sorry for Jamie who could barely get a word in edge-wise with of all the shenanigans going on. He was trying to say something about how the proceeds of his book will go to charity (?), but couldn't even get that out.

Anyways, if Joy R. is out there, I just wanted to say thank you for recommeding the Bittman "How to Cook Everything Vegetarian" cookbook. I've made several recipes so far, and each has been a hit. I love the book, and it's definitely helping us with our goal of cutting down on the meat.

What is the correct way to reheat refrigerated tortillas? I've tried reheated them over a flame on the stovetop burner, covering them with a moist paper towel in the microwave and the oven.
