If you're around during the day on Friday (this Friday, November 14) and need to do some grocery shopping, we recommend hitting Fairway in Red Hook. They'll be filming some segments for their website, including instructions on how to carve turkey, a discussion of local seafood, and a demonstration of baking chocolate cupcakes...
These webisodes will end up on Fairway's website—we'll try to review some of them for you once they go up—but it would be fun to see the action in person. The demonstrations (by Fairway experts) will go on all day long, and some include tastings. Free food!
