Ready to warm up? The kitchen is a great place to do it. Have no clue what you're doing? Take a cooking class.
Beginning next Monday, October 31st, the 92nd Street Y will offer a three-session cooking class, taught by Prachee Pathak-Ruzzi, dedicated to the unique flavors of Indian spices. Students will "touch, smell and learn about turmeric, cumin, red chilies, fenugreek, Indian mustard, anise and other spices and use them in quick recipes." Sounds truly toasty.
