We took one look at these smashed potatoes, tenderly topped with lemon ricotta, and we fell in love. Scrumptious, right?

These potatoes are from Kate at Framed; she says that they were made with homemade fresh ricotta (hello, awesome!) and that they just stole her heart. We agree. These are simple, easy, and yet deliciously appealing. As soon as we can get our hands on some new potatoes we're trying this one out!
