Organic produce is always more expensive, right? Wrong, says A Fresh Squeeze's latest article, Top Ten Organic Myths. The article actually has only the top four; they'll publish the other six next week.

These first few points discuss how many organic farmers choose not to seek organic certification from USDA, for various reasons, and also how not all organic farms are created equal. Most organic produce in this country is grown on massive corporate farms, so there's usually a real difference between organic and local. We'll be checking out the other six myths next week...
