Thank you SOOOO much for this! I loved scouring through this list to pick a few great recipes from trusted websites to complete my thanksgiving feast. FWIW, Maxine Rapoport's stuffing was complimented as "the best stuffing (my husband) has ever eaten!" I loved it too... it was perfect combination of do ahead items (sauteeing the sausage, chopping the celery, making the simple stock) to make it very friendly for my thanksgiving schedule.
