Comment of the Day: On Big Pancake

To get it good and fluffy I usually put all the ingredients in the blender and let the batter whip up for 30 seconds. Then let it rest a little before going in the hot butter. mmm, bake till the edges are a good golden color. One of my faaaaaaavorite breakfasts.
