Taxes are due tomorrow! Are you staying up late tonight with your W-2 and spreadsheets? If so, we think you probably deserve a cocktail. This bourbon-spiked drink is sweet, tart, refreshing, and sure to help you finish (or celebrate) your tax return.

This drink was actually created by Todd Brinkman, a sommelier at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain. He helps develop the cocktails at the resort, and he came up with this cocktail for Tax Night.

We might not sip this while actually doing our taxes, but it seems very appropriate for celebration!
