We kind of love their marketing skills too – we thought we bought the last two cartons, but when we walked back by the booth on our way home, they'd been replaced with two more. Spike from Top Chef would have been proud. (Remember the Serve and Protect challenge?)
One of our favorite ways to prepare these peas is just a quick blanch, a dab of butter and a sprinkle of sea salt. We'd be lying if we said we'd never eaten an entire carton just like that in one sitting.
