The current Democratic nominee for president, Hillary Clinton, launched a new campaign today called "Chefs for Hillary." A slew of different famous chefs came up with original recipes to endorse Clinton. The objective of the campaign is twofold: to get people to cook at home with their families, and to also share the food with people at political events like house parties and phone banks.

This campaign is especially interesting because it's currently just a Pinterest board full of chef's recipes. The chefs that helped launch the campaign include Mario Batali, Dominique Ansel, and Rebecca Charles.

Via a senior campaign aide, Secretary Clinton told Eater a little about her motivation behind this new Pinterest campaign: "In all my travels throughout America and around the globe, some of my fondest memories have been formed over a meal — or a really good drink. And a great recipe lets you relive those experiences over and over."
