We remember that many of you really love the Chef'N Palm Peeler, a little peeler that fits in the palm of your hand. It's much more ergonomically friendly for some cooks. So we were curious about these zesters, which we spotted at Sur La Table over the weekend. This zester works along the same principles as the peeler: it slips over the hand and snuggles into your palm so you don't really have to grip it. Use a scrubbing motion to run it over the lemon or lime, and the zest falls into a little plastic box on the underside of the zester.
Again, we think this may be a good tool for cooks who can't grasp graters well, but we're curious how it's worked for you? Do you use one of these? Is it any better than a Microplane?
