Pierre Hermé's Paris kitchen, a beautifully sleek space, and fitting for a master of modern pastry arts. But as we looked back through the Selby's archives, we realized that that wasn't the only chef tour they had! Sebastien Gaudard also has a Paris kitchen, and since he worked for Hermé for several years before opening his own pastry shop, Delicabar, we're not surprised that they have similar aesthetics.
