If I weren't due to have a baby any day now and had an extra $700 laying around, I would definitely sign up for Murray's Cheese's Cheese U.

When I got the email, I felt a rush of excitement course through my veins. Imagine, for six Wednesday nights in a row, you'll be exposed to everything you need to know to, well, be a cheese snob. Lead by experts such as dairy professors, brew masters, sommeliers, and of course, cheesemakers, the course culminates with a take-home exam and a diploma (oh, we'd be framing that!)
