Celiac Sufferers May Soon Be Able to Eat Gluten Again

If you suffer from celiac disease, you might be able to enjoy all your favorite gluten-filled foods again soon. Scientists at the University of Alberta are working on a dietary supplement that would block the absorption of the protein that celiacs are unable to digest.

If you're a vegan celiac sufferer, you'll have to wait a bit longer since the supplement is derived from chicken egg yolks. Of course, since most foods are now offered in a gluten-free version, it shouldn't be too hard to wait a bit more.
