Q: Can you recommend any good make-ahead fish or seafood recipes? Most of the ones I find are meant to be eaten immediately, but I'm looking for recipes that would hold in the fridge for a few days, even if that requires keeping a sauce or veggies stored separately, or dishes that can be frozen.

I'm trying to find easy things to prep for my husband, so he can just heat them on the stove or in the oven.
