Q: I have expensive platinum pans that have scratched Teflon coating. Anyone know where I can send them to get fixed?

I wish...I wouldn't be heading to the Chefs Catalog Warehouse sale this coming weekend if I could do this.
I ditched all of my Teflon years ago due to the health risks...the danger is greater when the Teflon is scratched. I would do a little research on your own and try out some of the alternatives.
What is the brand of product / where did you get it? We had a ScanPan we bought at Sur La Table, where they have a lifetime guarantee on all their items. Our pan started to scratch (and scanpans in particular are supposed to be very resilient to scratching), so we brought it back and they let us exchange it for a new one. Certain companies will do the same thing.
Contact the manufacturer and tell them what is going on and send a couple pics of the scratches. If they were expensive they should come with a warranty.
No, you can't fix scratched Teflon, and I wouldn't trust any product on the market that claimed it could.
I moved to ceramic and stainless about a year ago and haven't looked back. My old "non-stick" cookware was donated and replaced with something a bit more durable and healthy.
For me, immediately throw it away and look for a new safer one.
