mmmmmmm, I'm trying the broccoli tonight.
Roasted broccoli is my second favorite way to eat the stuff, right behind tempura. Guess which one I eat more often, though?
I don't use a recipe, and it often gets thrown in with a mix of other veggies. It's actually pretty tasty even if you burn the tops a bit. And please, use the stems too! The stems are good to roast with other root veg like carrots, fennel, etc.
