Who: Caesarstone quartz countertops
What We Noticed: Caesarstone had a big white booth gleaming with one of their new textured quartz materials: Crocodile! This was rather glam when covering drawers and cabinets, but we couldn't imagine having a textured material like this on the countertop! Click through for more photos...

Very cool, but I'm afraid of cleanup after a messy project!
Think the sliding doors in the second picture would be gorgeous, but I also agree with MRSBERG...the cleanup of a counter could be a pain.
Very nice! Rather than a countertop, I'd think this texture would be great as a non-slip kind of flooring —e.g., the floor of a shower or bathtub. I'd imagine it'd be quite pricey, though!
vorrei vederla dopo un utilizzo pesante.Secondo me la texture coccodrillo sara' molto piu' visibile.Infatti le parti scavate diventeranno tutte nere.....non il massimo per l'igiene in ambiente cucina.
Excellent if you like creepy animal skin textured things, and you have a live-in housekeeper to maintain it.
i think it's beautiful. I wouldn't mind office desk having this texture.
Ewww, no thanks.
@Caio Scusi ma, se si riesce a pulire le piastrelle, che stanno per terra, perché sarebbe più difficile pulire un banco da cucina?
Is this something you stick onto a surface?
Why would anyone make a mess on a counter top. Doesn't your chef cook at the restaurant and bring it in to you?
Looks just like a shiny/matte texturing thing...doesn't actually look hard to clean at all.
we have a "leathered" honed granite counter and sink and it is very easy to clean. and no fingerprints.
Who need leathered surfaces in a kitchen? It is not a toy!
