Not to be a snark here, but Pioneer Woman's "salad tacos" are... beef tacos with lettuce and tomato. *Inigo Montoya voice* She keeps using that word - I do not think it means what she thinks it means.

Yes, Kris 0218! I thought the same thing. Around here we just call them tacos. I never make tacos without some sort of lettuce/tomato/veggie topping. Beef tacos do not equal salad!

I don't get the big deal about the Pioneer Woman. In the beginning I found her funny but its so much of the same thing that its boring now to read her blog. Not being mean, just stating my opinion!
