Red-and-Pink-Stripe...

Gourmet magazine featured gnocchi made with sweet potatoes. I'd really like to try that out. But I think, gnocchi made from a combo of pumpkin and potatoes with fried sage and garlicky Brussels sprouts would be divine.
It's not lunch time yet, and I'm already hungry.

To clarify for adiaphane, the recipe for the gnocchi itself is the one from October's Gourmet, made with sweet potatoes and russets. I tossed them with some brown-butter roasted Brussels sprouts, toasted walnuts and Parmesan.
