It was a festival of soups this week on The Kitchn, and here they are, rounded up in one place for you. Where to start? Well, you could start with the classics; this broccoli cheddar soup gets extra flavor from roasted broccoli, and extra creaminess from a potato. We also have a Taiwanese beef noodle soup, abundant with rich flavor. There are creamy soups with coconut milk (pumpkin, carrot) and rustic soups with chunks of pork, cabbage, and beans. We also showed you how to make extra-flavorful vegetable stock, and a comforting bowl of egg drop soup. It wasn't all soups all the time, too; we also have savory cheese-herb granola, and a perfect pitcher cocktail for Halloween: El Diablo!
