A local restaurant used to feature slices of chocolate salami as a dessert. The "fat" was chunks of nuts and coconut. Delicious!

Believe it or not, the Sophie Conran for Portmeirion line is available at Bed, Bath and Beyond.

I've started buying the Sophie Conran collection through amazon.com. I've got some lovely oval serving platters and the cake stand. They're great quality and they look so pretty on the table.

ah the chocolate salami looks awesome, but I was totally expecting to see something about how Salami was going to be the new bacon for the '10s. :)
