It was delightful to see in this weekend's Fall 2005 issue of T:Living (The New York Times Style Magazine) an article by fellow food blogger, Josh Friedland, who writes The Food Section, a blog that "publishes original food writing and photography and scours the web for links to culinary news and events, recipes, and gastronomical ephemera."
It seems that now he also writes for the New York Times. In his short and snappy article, Pig is Big, he professes that "the other white meat is the new black." Bloggers, always on the cutting edge. You go, Josh.
