CHOW Magazine has just announced that they are suspending their print magazine after one year and four glorious issues. The suspension is said to be temporary, "for what will probably be six months," in order to raise a bit of cash and to build a website. The website aims to disseminate the quirky, innovative CHOW-ish approach to food and cooking.
Although we're wiping away a few tears in mourning of their print version, when we spoke to our friends at CHOW last night, we were assured that the new site will be exciting, and in no way less CHOW-ish than the magazine. We are thrilled to see how CHOW translates their spirit off of paper and onto the screen.
