Honey can elevate a cheese plate, fruit bowl or recipe to desert status. Needless to say, as a dedicated appetizer enthusiast with a serious sweet tooth, I consume quite a bit. Bee Raw takes this sweet treat and turns it into a true experience
Offering raw, unprocessed, unblended honey in its most natural form they allow the complexities and unique flavor profiles from individual varietals to shine through. The company offers a range of flavors that can be purchased individually or gives you the option to sample a "flight" of a smaller pre-packaged selection based on groupings such as "cheese complimenting" (sold!) or fruit varietals. The company sources it's honey from artisan beekeepers across the United States.

Oh, I LOVE this stuff! Happily it is sold at my grocery store, and I've tried a few different varieties - all of them have been really distinctive and delicious. The stuff definitely ain't cheap, so it's for sure a splurge purchase that I don't buy all the time, but if you're in the mood to treat yourself, this is a great way to do it!
Omygosh, this honey is fantastic. I tried the blueberry and the sweet yellow clover honey and they were delicious. The buckwheat honey was a bit too grassy for my taste, but I think it was more an "acquired taste" kind of thing. The website actually doesn't do the honey any justice... each jar is unique, some with really beautiful color and textural striations. I picked these up at DiBruno Brothers in South Philly on 9th St.
