i wish there was a vegan version of that asparagus tart! it's so cute.
Plumeria, I'm guessing you could use soy milk and silken tofu to replace cream and eggs in this recipe.... but cheese is such a good binder in this tart and adds a lot of flavor to it, so I can't think of anything vegan you could use instead.
