At first glance you might think these are tacos, but they go beyond any taco recipe I've ever seen. Are they really just mini salads in disguise? These tacos are filled with an incredible green sauce, savory fried tofu, quick pickles, shishito peppers, bok choy, and avocado.
Taco or salad, I want this recipe for dinner tonight. It's definitely a little more complicated then your standard taco recipe, but I think pulling all the parts together would be fun.
