I am a complete sucker for any recipe that involves mashed peas. I'm a total sucker and this one combines that creamy Spring taste with feta and a bit of cumin! They're bright, bite sized and bound to be a big hit with your guests.
There are some foods that you simply must eat, even if you don't know what they are. They're just so alluring with their pretty presentations, color or smells. This recipe had me from first sight and before I even knew what the ingredients were, I just had to have it.
Upon further examination there were more reasons to try this dish. Besides the fact that it's bright and cheery (not to mention bite-sized), it has dead simple ingredients. Peas (fresh or frozen), feta, flour, cumin, and sesame seeds. That's it. What's that mean to you? It means no matter who's dropping by for dinner unannounced, you should always have an appetizer in the works!

yum! my garden has produced insane amounts of peas and i needed something to do with them besides dole out massive quantities of frozen ones to my kiddos!
I apologize in advance for the negativity but, to me, this looks and sounds vile.
