We're always on the lookout for easy ways to dress up a space and this fun idea from the Martha Stewart craft camp is an inexpensive one! With spring in motion all we have on the brain is citrus and bright fun colors, check out the finished look of these stools which are sure to brighten up any kitchen!
The gang that works dilligently over at Martha Stewart in the Crafts department has been hard at work preparing for a big show. They've shared a small preview of what's to come on their blog and we immediately fell in love with these citrus barstools!
Even if you don't claim to be a great artist, they'd be a simple pattern that could be taped out with masking tape and painted on with craft paint. Make sure you seal them well and they'll last as long as the stools will! It's a great way to dress up something that might otherwise be pain or boring and add a punch of citrus to your seat! You can find this and more ideas over at Martha Stewart Crafts.

Love these! I wish I had some stools - and a place to put them!
Just saw this on homepodge. Such a cute idea. I have a set of stools in my basement that I was going to sell at my garage sale this summer, but I may have to try project instead!
Cute idea, but what really makes my heart beat faster is the neatly stacked and labelled collections of bright colored things in the background.
Adorably whimsical!
Did anyone watch this episode? Because I'm sitting in the front row of the audience... hahaha.
Adoreable and so much fun. Thick a good couple of layers of lacquer on the top of all that work would help preserve your painting
