A staple of school lunch boxes across the country, the Oreo has been America's top cookie for quite some time now.

But who knew just how far ahead they were of the competition?

Oreo outsells the next highest-grossing cookie threefold. Plus, they have double the annual sales of Cheerios, and five times the sales of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese.
