No offense to all those other grains and seeds out there, but farro is my favorite. When cooked perfectly, farro is chewy, flavorful, and never gets stuck in your teeth. Like its popular colleague quinoa, it can be used in a variety of different ways, and these four bloggers showcase some of its best attributes.
