This is a grown-up version that satisfies our sweet tooth but has a nice kick of tangy, unsweetened yogurt.This is a very filling snack; in fact, we've eaten it for breakfast and stayed full for hours. It's got protein, calcium, and crunch — yum.
We put a few spoonfuls of peanut butter in the microwave first, so that it gets soft and swirlable. Then we stir it into some plain yogurt (the thick, greek-style stuff), drizzle on some honey, and add a crumbled graham cracker.
