My husband and I are interested in hosting a pig roast at our house. We've thrown a lot of parties, but never one of this magnitude and certainly never one that entailed an entire pig. Do you have any recipes, tips or advice?

My best advice would be to find someone who's done it before to be there with you and help you through it. From what I hear, roasting a whole pig is unlike any other cooking that we're used to doing, and it helps to have an expert on hand.
