Q: I cook rice on the stove and I'm wondering about cooking extra for future meals. Can I scale up your basic recipe no matter how much rice I cook, or is there a limit? And more importantly, do I need to cook larger amounts of rice longer, or will the cooking time always be about 18 minutes?
