During the month of September we took a virtual and yet all-too-brief trip around the world, stopping off for culinary treats in France, Italy, Mexico, China, and Japan. We swooped in and out (there's so much to talk about!) and of course we missed many other places, but even a little taste of a country far away is so enriching to our everyday cooking experience.
