this is clearly not quite the same as the fancy honey/chevre pizza, but i always save my pizza crusts for the end and them eat them with honey as dessert! (it's good! really! learned this from a friend's family when i was growing up.)

I ate a fantastic 'pizza with honey' the other week. Thin crust topped with shredded chicken breast, goat's cheese, roasted pine nuts and drizzled with honey. It was OMG amazing.

I made the honey/goat cheese pizza last night with a few alterations, and it was AMAZING. I used a pre-made whole wheat crust (still pretty thin so it cooked quickly) and added pre-cooked chicken breasts sliced thinly for some added protein. I served it with a mixed greens salad with sliced grapes and almonds balsamic vinagrette. It was really easy to make and super delicious! On my docket of quick, tasty, easy things to make during the week!

Those macarons remind me of the ones from Ladurée in Paris. Yum!
