A Taste of Greece: 15 Recipes that Go Beyond Feta

Not that we have anything against feta; you'll find it below. But there's more to Greek food than spanakopita (although that's represented, too). Greece, and especially all of its idyllic islands, is surrounded by water, meaning you get simple, roasted and grilled fish in addition to the more expected things like lamb and plump, slippery olives.

Some of these dishes are "greek-inspired," meaning, yes, we threw in some feta and called it a day. But for many of us, that's the taste of Greece we enjoy. If you want something more authentic, we hope you'll still find some inspiration here. Or let us know your favorite Greek dish in the comments.
