It is gorgeous but if I had pearls I would have clutched them and started fanning myself. That's more expensive than most Heath tiles.
My guess is that those cabinets form an appliance garage. That door looks like it flips up instead of a regular hinge. Notice how the pull is in a different spot than the regular uppers.
What's the thing coming out of the backsplash? Easily accessible water? Clearly this is an odd and interesting kitchen!
It's called a pot filler faucet!
