This minimalist kitchen really benefits from the absolutely striking raw wood countertop. So unique and beautiful. I really can't take my eyes off it.
On Houzz designers SF Architecture note that the countertop is a redwood slab held up by concealed metal brackets. The wood was cleaned and given a "penetrating wax finish" in lieu of a stain, and the live edges were left as is to preserve the weathered timber look.
Gorgeous! How do you like the look of live edge wood in such a sparse, white kitchen?
