Each January, I try to replace my afternoon coffee with tea. Given that I'm something of a caffeine addict, making the swap is no easy feat. Luckily, this white sage and wild mint tea from Juniper Ridge is helping make my resolution a little bit easier.
I've been drinking plain mint tea or green tea with mint for years, but the eucalyptus and lemon flavors of sage in this tea add a new flavor profile I'm really loving. And the combination of calming sage and invigorating mint is just what I need to power through the afternoon.
I'm also hoping going caffeine-free will help me keep that resolution to go to bed earlier!
