I have made the recipe with goat cheese and pistachios on the puff pastry. I made my own goat cheese as that is the reason I tried the recipe. My family loved it. I have made it on several occasions with the same raves, even if I just make the cheese and put it on a great whole/multi grain cracker. I don't always use the butter but it works both ways. Thanks for sharing.
