Thanks so much for putting my mom's things on here!! She will be so excited!

That cake really intrigues me, as in I'm thinking about how to make it myself. Baby spinach with good tomatoes, a thin coating of not sweet whipped cream or cream cheese... Definitely going to make a small one if I do attempt it.
