We love peeking into food professionals' home kitchens. How do chefs and bakers cook at home? What is their space like? Here's an especially inspiring little kitchen in the West Village of New York City, inhabited with charm and cheer by Mark Wynsma, the pastry chef at Commerce Restaurant.
Mark's kitchen may be little, but it's truly the heart of the home. We love how he has spruced up an otherwise basic rental kitchen with paint and a vintage table which functions as an island.
That island more than doubles his kitchen space, and is so beautifully distressed and colorful that it adds some real heart and soul to the kitchen.

Oh my~ I am jealous seeing all of those.
It must be really great to be someone good in cooking and baking.
I am really envy, and I love it.
