It's all fun and fancy in this remodeled Austin kitchen! Before the remodel, the space was divided into two rooms - a tiny kitchen, and a larger, underused dining room. Loop Design (the architecture firm hired for the redesign) knocked down a few walls to create one spacious cooking and dining space, while the owner, an interior designer, brought it to life with a bright, fresh color scheme. See more photos below:
While there are some high-end details—a Miele dishwasher, Wolf range, Caesarstone countertops—the cabinet boxes are actually IKEA fit with custom pecan fronts.
And curious about the colors? The wall color is Parakeet 6711 and the Island color is Larchmere 6752, both by Sherwin-Williams.

I was going to say the same thing! This kitchen is beautiful!
Hi folks! According to Houzz (linked at the bottom) the light fixture is the Firefly Pendant Lamp from CB2 ($199).
And back to the color combo: yuck!
But I concur, light fixture is great.
i want to like the color combination - i almost do - i like it in theory - but there's just something off and it isn't quite working for me. still, a lovely space!
