What do you do when you nick your finger or get a grease burn in the kitchen? (Don't do this.) Here's one little remedy for those small annoyances in the kitchen — a soothing, healing cream with a touch of aloe vera to cool your fingers.

Emma has been using this cream and here's what she has to say about it:

If you're anything like me, the holiday season means you end up collecting a fair number of minor burns and cuts from all the time in the kitchen. I've started keeping a bottle of this aloe-based Kitchen 911 from TriDerma to dab on my little ouches as they happen. It helps soothe the immediate pain so I can carry on with cooking.

This sounds like a great stocking stuffer for a new (or accident-prone) cook, too!
