Pink may be a no-brainer choice for frosting and anything related to Valentine's Day, but would you ever buy a major appliance in the color? Like, for example, a refrigerator?
While pink is an unconventional choice for refrigerators (red, its sister color, is the much more acceptable choice), it's not unheard of, as these photos show. The most common pink fridge I found was made by Smeg, an Italian appliance brand. (Smeg also makes lime green, orange, and pastel blue and green refrigerators!)
What do you think of the look? Sweet and airy? Or a little too precious?

Straw Mat from The ...

My house (pre-renovation) was all pink. Pink tiles in the bathroom, pink walls, pink doors, pink oven....you get the idea.
it was a bit much. but I suppose a few pops of pink would be fine.
I think I'd like a blue fridge more than a pink fridge. Got any sources for those? A blush blue? ;)
I can definitely see my sister with a pink refrigerator--if she could ever talk my BIL into that. Not an all pink kitchen but a little pop would be great. I would be on board with a blue one--a lovely royal blue. That would be awesome.
I'm not a pink person, but I love the first kitchen pictured, pink fridge and all. I think I might get sick of it after a while, but the warm neutrals with a pop of pale pink is really very pretty and unusual!
I think this works best as shown in the first and last photos, where the pink really is a "pop" amongst more modern lines and neutral tones. This keeps it from looking too precious. In the other photos, it strays too close to a Barbie kitchen, at least for my taste.

I'm not a fan of pink (or any bright colored) appliance, but I think this particular pink fridge looks good, especially in the first picture. I think the reasons I find it appealing is because 1) the fridge's pink color is rather toned down IMO, and 2) the rest of the kitchen is not brightly colored.
If you have appliances that you'd like to paint...the local auto-paint place will do it for a few hundred bucks. You have to figure out how to get it to the shop and back home again...but I swear they do a great job--and they can work with metal or plastic parts (much the same as a car paint job). The automotive paint is made to last...and there is a surprising array of colors available. My mother has a beautiful mid-century Frigidaire that is now butter-yellow courtesy of Maaco. Massively cheaper than the SMEGs and the Big Chills...
CESE_ED, google "Elmira Stove Works"--they also make retro-looking fridges. They have a robin's egg blue.
