After going through all the trials and tribulations of making Thanksgiving dinner, the last thing on your mind might is probably sending your guests home with even more food. This is totally understandable. If you feel like going all out this year, however, I don't think there's anything nicer than giving your guest a small, edible party favor on their way out.

I especially love the idea of giving guests a baked good for the next morning. I got this idea originally from a visit to a wonderful Italian restaurant, Marea, in New York. After a great meal, I was surprised when the maƮtre d' handed me a delicious muffin for the next morning. This small act made the meal even more memorable.

Here are some small, edible treats from our archives to send your Thanksgiving guests home with:

TOP ROW:
1. Spiced Pear Muffins
2. Chocolate-Dipped Beer Marshmallows
3. Fudge & Walnut Oatmeal Cookies
4. Tahini-Date Salted Caramels
5. Honeyed Grapefruit Oat Scones

BOTTOM ROW:
6.
Coconut Snowballs
7. Salted Pistachio Brittle
