This side relies on a simple combination of ingredients. When mixed together, these ingredients can really turn a bowl of plain vegetables into something wonderfully flavorful within seconds. It's the kind of simple side you want to keep in your back pocket to go back to again and again.

How to Make It

Microwave a bag of frozen cauliflower, according to the package instructions, until cooked through. Toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil until all the florets are fully coated. Top with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon) and a big handful of chopped parsley.
