They give a full 360° look at both the cheese-making room and the cellar where they age their cheeses. So many rounds of cheese! There are over 2000 rounds of Raclette in their cheese cave, brushed with brine and aged for up to two years.
Their cheesemaking room is open to the wine-tasting room (they are a winery too) where you can taste wine and watch cheese being made. Sounds pretty idyllic!
