In my mind, jams, jellies and marmalades are a legal way to have dessert with every meal or snack I consume. They're a great way to use up leftover fruit that's on the way out or to save a taste of the season for the cold winter months when a bit of brightness is greatly appreciated. Here are a few of our favorite recipes we've featured over the years.
I grew up in a household that always had strawberry preserves in the refrigerator. I swear I used it to adorn nearly every carb I consumed for years, and to this day it still provides a wicked level of comfort in my foodie brain.
